摘要
目的研究新疆地区汉族蒿属花粉变应性鼻炎(Allergic rhinitis,AR)患者HLA-DRB1等位基因与蒿属过敏易感性的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应-序列特异性引物技术(PCR-SSP),对新疆地区50名汉族蒿属花粉变应性鼻炎患者的HLA-DRB1等位基因进行检测,对照组为本地区的50名汉族。结果变应性鼻炎组HLA-DRB1*11基因频率(9%)高于对照组(2%)(P<0.05),其它等位基因频率在实验组和对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论HLA-DRB1*11可能是新疆部分地区汉族AR发病的易感基因。
Objective To investigate the association of HLA-DRB1 alleles and artemisia pollen allergic patients of han people in xinjiang.Methods By using PCR-SSP(sequence-specific primer polymerase chain reaction),we tested fifty Han people with allergic rhinitis with hypersensitivity to artemisia pollen in xinjiang.The control group included fifty Han people in the region.Results The frequencies of HLA-DRB111 were higher in the han group with allergic rhinitis(9%)than in the relative control group(2%)(P〈0.05).The other alleles frequencies had no significant differences in the allergic rhinitis group and in the control group.Conclusion The investigation indicated that HLA-DRB111 might be associated with the han patients with allergic rhinitis.
