摘要 论述了润滑剂的流变模型与拖动力的关系,讨论了拖动力的理论计算方法,得出拖动力不仅与接触表面的滑滚比有关,而且与润滑剂所受到的压力和温度有关。根据国内、外弹流拖动力试验装置的结构特点,提出了两种液体静压支承双圆盘试验机的结构方案。 The relationship between the rheological model and traction force is expounded,and the theoretical calculation methods of traction force are discussed.The results show that the traction force is not only related to the slide-roll ratio of contact surfaces,but also affected by the pressure and temperature.Based on the structure characteristics of the elastohydrodynamic traction force experimental apparatus at home and abroad,two kinds of structure of the double-disc testing machine with the hydrostatic bearings are proposed.
