摘要
对机械类专业学生创新素质的综合培养进行了探索,在人才培养模式、教学内容及实践性教学体系等环节做了成功的创新,为培养应用型、创新型人才提供了成功经验借鉴。
The comprehensive cultivation of creativity of the cadets of mechanical engineering is studied.Successful innovation is carried out in the mode of education,the teaching content and the training system.It provides successful experience for the cultivation of practical and creative talents.
