关于肺脏的宿主防御机制
摘要
肺脏宿主防御机制的进步包括它们分子生物学的起源,转基因鼠的应用,重组蛋白和精确的表面标志.它使得在组织样中,允许更精确的细胞分选和对效应细胞的识别。使用微数列和差异显示的新的基因发现技术,更有可能加速这一领域的进步。
