摘要
分别于反季节栽培模式下四季蜜芒的营养生长期、花芽分化期、开花期、座果期和果后期采集叶片样品,测定其N、P、K、Ca、Mg含量,并分析其变化规律。结果表明:在反季节栽培模式下,四季蜜芒叶片N素含量在营养生长期较高,幼果迅速生长膨大期和果后期逐渐下降,总的变化趋势是下降—上升—下降—下降;叶片P素的变化较平稳,在营养生长期和花芽分化期含量都较低,总的变化趋势是下降—下降—上升;叶片K素含量则与N素相反,在营养生长期含量较低,在果实成熟期和果后期含量有所提高,总的变化趋势是上升—下降—下降—上升;叶片Ca素的变化趋势是两头高,中间低,变化趋势为下降—上升—上升—上升;叶片Mg素则是"M"字型变化,变化趋势是上升—下降—上升—下降。
Under the off-season cultivation model, the leaves of the perennial honey-mango were collected in vegetative growth period, flower bud differentiation period, flowering period, fruit-setting period and late fruit period to measure the contents of N, P, K, Ca, Mg and analyse the changing rules. The results show that: the content of N in leaves of perennial honey-mango was higher in vegetative growth period, decreased in fruit develop period and late fruit period, its whole change trend was decreased-increased-decreased-decreased; the change content of P in leaves was relatively steady, the content of P was lower in vegetative growth period and flower bud differentiation period, its whole change trend was decreased-decreased-increased; the change content of K was contrary to the change content of N, the content of K was lower in vegetative growth period, increased in fruit period and late fruit period, its whole change trend was increased-decreased-decreased-decreased- increased; the change content trend of Ca was higher in two first period and last period, and lower in middle, its whole change trend was decreased-increased-increased-increased-increased; the change content of Mg was looked as letter M, its whole change trend was increased-decreased-increased- decreased.
