摘要
医学生的职业人格塑造是医学生培养的重要内容之一。突出高尚性、把握现实性和注重持续性是医学生职业人格培养的重要原则。医学生职业人格的核心内涵是尊重患者。系统地进行医学职业生涯规划拓展训练,利用家庭教育的影响,通过提振医学人文精神塑造职业人格,是培育医学生优良职业人格的有效途径。
Professional personality plays a significant role in a medical student’s development.Highlighting nobility,seizing realism,and persisting in sustainment are important principles.The core connotation is the respection with patients.Carrying out the training for medical students＇ careers planning,taking advantage of family education,raising the medical spirit of humanity,these are effective ways to promote medical students’professional personalities.
