摘要
目的:观察针灸治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法:将40例符合肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者根据中医辨证为脾肾阳虚、痰湿阻滞型,采用针刺加隔药灸治疗,观察其体重(BW)、体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比值(WHR)、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)和相关性激素睾酮(testosterone,T)、雌二醇(estradiol,E)及黄体生成素(luteotropic hormone,LH)/卵泡刺激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)比值的变化。结果:临床总有效率为82.5%,BW、BMI、WHR、T及LH/FSH值均有显著降低(P<0.01),E有显著升高(P<0.01),FINS也有一定程度降低,ISI则有所升高(P<0.05)。结论:针灸治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征具有较好的疗效。
Objective： To observe the effect of PCOS in obesity type by acupuncture and moxibustion therapy. Methods： 40 cases of obese PCOS of kidney and spleen yang deficiency resulting in stagnation of phlegm-damp type were treated with acupuncture and herb-partition moxibustion. The therapeutic effect and levels of body weight（BW）, body mass index（BMI）, waist-to-hipratio（WHR）, fasting plasma glucose（FPG）, fasting insulin（FINS）, insulin sensitivity index （ISI）, testosterone （T）, estradiol （E）, luteotropic hormone（LH）/ follicle stimulating hormone （FSH） were observed respectively. Results： The total effective rate was 82.5%.There weresignificant difference in the change of related index BW, BMI, WHR, T, E, LH/FSH （P〈0.01） and FINS, ISI （P〈0.05） after acupuncture and moxibustion therapy to PCOS in obesity type. Conclusion： Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy effect is good for PCOS in obesity type.
