过伸体位下椎体成形术治疗Kümmell病的近期疗效 被引量：23

摘要 Kümmell病是骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折（osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture,OVCF）中较少见的一种类型,多于轻微创伤后逐渐出现椎体塌陷、后凸畸形加重,其发生与椎体缺血坏死相关,常表现为顽固性腰背痛,严重者可伴有神经损伤,X线片、CT检查显示椎体内存在真空性裂隙或MRI提示椎体内局限性液体充填,亦有文献称其为迟发性创伤后椎体塌陷病、椎体骨折不愈合、椎体缺血性坏死。
