摘要
随着CFRP外贴加固混凝土结构技术的应用,CFRP-混凝土黏结界面的耐久性问题也突显出来。为了研究和分析CFRP-混凝土在恶劣条件下的黏结性能,进行了硫酸钠溶液的浸泡及干湿循环试验,并考察CFRP-混凝土拉伸剪切强度随劣化时间的变化特性。研究表明,硫酸钠溶液浸泡对CFRP-混凝土的黏结强度影响不大;但混凝土在受到硫酸盐溶液浸泡后再粘贴CFRP片材,其黏结强度比未经劣化的CFRP-混凝土的黏结强度均有不同程度降低;硫酸盐溶液干湿循环对CFRP-混凝土黏结强度影响较大。
Along with application of concrete members externally bonded CFRP composites,durability problems of interface between CFRP and concrete become more prominent. In order to investigate bonding performances of the interface under adverse conditions,30 specimens were accelerated aged with immersing sodium sulfate solution and dry-wet cycle test,respectively. The shear strength capacities of interface with time increasing were studied. The experimental results indicate that CFRP-concrete bonding strength has a little deterioration under immersing sodium sulfate solution. However,if pasting CFRP sheet after immersing sulfate solution,the bonding strength of interface between CFRP and concrete will deteriorate sharply. The results also show that the interface performances of CFRP-concrete are influenced steeply by the dry-wet cycle test of sodium sulfate solution.
