胸腰椎后路椎弓跟螺钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎爆裂型骨折39例体会 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨胸腰椎爆裂型骨折手术治疗方法的选择及愈后判断。方法采用胸腰椎后路椎弓跟螺钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎爆裂型骨折39例,均行后路手术治疗(本组无陈旧型骨折病例)。结果全部病例随访12～36月,平均21月,Frankel评分平均提高1.2级,Cobb角由术前平均35°恢复至6°。椎体塌陷由术前的62%恢复至13%。结论胸腰椎爆裂型骨折后路椎弓跟螺钉内固定手术治疗疗效肯定,手术方法的选择依术者所在医院的条件,医师手术技巧及患者的病情而定。
