应用不同湍流模型计算风机叶道内流场的比较

Comparison of flow fields in blade channel of fan gotten by different turbulence models

摘要 采用有限体积法的中心格式求解Navier-Stokes方程,分别使用零方程Baldwin-Lomax和方程Spalart-Allmara两种湍流模型,对通风机内流场进行了研究。通过具体算例对这两种湍流模型进行比较,并发现它们在通风机流场计算中有所不同。Baldwin-Lomax模型结构简单,使用方便,而Spalart-Allmaras模型的特点在于它的壁面附近不需要非常精细的网格,同时在黏性层、分离区的分辨能力也比Baldwin-Lomax模型高,但所需的计算时间比Baldwin-Lomax模型要长。 Based on the central formulation of the finite volume method,Navier-Stokes equations are solved and the internal flow field of the fan is analyzed by turbulence models of Baldwin-Lomax and Spalart-Allmaras equations. With some particular examples,the two models are compared and some differences during their calculations of the flow field are discoverd. Baldwin-Lomax model is simple and convenient,while Spalart-Allmaras model has the following features:subtle grids need not to be nearby its walls,its resolution in sticky layers and separation regions are higher than those in the former model,but it costs more calculated time.
