摘要
提出了一种利用环氧树脂和热塑性酚醛树脂制备玻璃炭的新型工艺,并利用红外光谱对制备过程进行分析。结果表明:两种树脂相互固化并同时降解,降解反应主要发生在300~500℃之间,所形成的残留结构中含有 sp^2和 sp^3态碳原子,其中 sp^2态碳原子除形成六元环外,还有四元环和五元环结构。
Glassy carbon was produced from the mixture of epoxy resin and thermoplastic phenolic resin.The production process was monitored by IR spectrum.The results show that the two resins solidified each other and degraded at the same time.The degradation took place mainly at 300~500℃,which resulted in the sp^2 and sp^3 carbon atoms in the residual structure.The sp^2 carbon atoms existed not only in a form of six-member-ring but also in a form of four-member and five-member ring.
