爆裂眼眶骨折的手术治疗分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨爆裂眼眶骨折的手术治疗。方法回顾性分析2004年7月—2008年3月本院手术治疗的63例爆裂眼眶骨折患者的临床资料,患者采用不同整复材料。结果62例术后获得8-41个月随访,37例眼球运动障碍者35例眼球运动基本正常。41例复视患者中20例完全矫正,12例明显改善。14例眼球内陷患者术后矫正8例（〈2 mm）,所有骨折获得满意愈合。结论选用合适的整复材料尽早手术治疗是爆裂眼眶骨折矫正畸形、恢复功能的关键。
