血液透析超滤量对维持性血液透析患者透析充分性的影响 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨血液透析超滤量对维持性血液透析患者透析充分性的影响。方法选择血液透析中心维持性血液透析患者40例,随机分为2组:A组超滤率(UFR)≤15 mL/(h.kg),B组UFR>15 mL/(h.kg),比较2组透析充分性。结果尿素下降的比率(URR值)及一定的透析时间内透析器对尿素清除量(KT/V值)等数据显示,超滤量的多少与KT/V值、URR值成负相关。结论一定透析时间内每次过多的超滤量是影响透析充分性的因素之一。
