摘要
针对某壳体零件温挤压模具出现严重的热磨损、热疲劳和压塌等早期失效现象,利用DEFORM有限元模拟软件进行模拟。结果表明,不同挤压温度下模具温度场的分布是不均匀的,模具载荷、等效应力以及模具硬度随着挤压温度的提高而减小,而磨损系数随着挤压温度的提高而增大,因此挤压温度应控制在700~800℃之间。
Aiming at die early failure, such as severe thermal wear, thermal fatigue and collapse etc, the warm extrusion process of a shell part was simulated using Deform finite element software. The results show that the die temperature field distribution is nonuniform under different extrusion temperature, the load of die, effective stress and hardness of die sharply decreases with temperature increasing, respectively, while wear coefficient increases with extrusion temperature increasing, so the extrusion temperature should be controlled at 700~800 ℃.
