摘要
从师范院校培养目标入手,运用问卷、访谈等方法,对已毕业的1999-2004级篮球专修班部分学生的实际工作能力进行调研分析,指出在体育专业篮球专修教学中应转变传统教育观念,突出体育师范特点,增加学生教学实践内容,促进教学能力全面成长,以篮球协会为平台,建全教学能力的培养机制,调整教学评价体系,以提高篮球专修生的教学能力.
Starting off from the training objectives, and by use of the questionaire, interviews, a survey is made about the practical working circumstances in the graduates who have once majored in basketball in their college time. On the basis of which, college basketball teaching must lay greater emphasis on the special characteristics of the would-be-teacher students, taking the various basketball associations as a learning platform and combining in-class and out-of-class teaching practice to establish a training mechanism conducive to teaching ability fostering. Constant efforts should be made to help optimize the assessment system for teaching abilities so as to promote its all-around development, and equip the graduates with necessary skills that could cater for the real needs in the society.
