摘要
文章基于创新系统中知识的流动性,类比物理学中的流体,引入知识流体的概念,论证知识流体具有流场效应、位势和势差效应、粘滞性、平流与湍流流态及情境制约性等流体属性。挖掘流体力学视角下影响流动的因素并总结其流动损失,探讨创新系统知识流动的动力机制,以减少流动摩擦,提高流动效率,满足创新系统良性循环的要求。
Considering the fluidity of knowledge in innovation system, the concept of knowledge fluid is introduced by analogizing the fluid in Physics, whose fluid attributes of flow field, potential energy and potential energy of elevation, viscosity, laminar and turbulent flow regime, and environmental conditionality is demonstrated. Excavates the influencing factors in the hydrodynamics perspective, studies the loss and motive mechanism of knowledge flow in innovation system, therefore, to reduce friction, promote efficiency, and satisfy the demand of effective loop of innovation system.
