摘要
21世纪的海外华文教学与华文教育呈现出一个由复苏、复兴到蓬勃发展的崭新局面,机遇与挑战并存。本文主要采用文献分析与田野调查相结合的方法,从教学对象、教学环境、培养目标、华人的语言观和文化观等方面讨论了新时期海外华文教学与华文教育的形势及主要变化,并指出存在的问题和契机。目前的海外华文教学和华文教育正处在一个承前启后、继往开来的关键时期,祖(籍)国应该为此作出自己的努力与贡献。
The first decade of the 21st century has witnessed a new situation for overseas Chinese teaching and education,which has fulfilled its recovery and revitalization and is under vigorous development.Challenges are,nevertheless,always side by side with opportunities.This paper,based on document analyses and field investigations,probes into the new situation and the important changes in overseas Chinese teaching and education in terms of the teaching participants,environments and objectives,the linguistic and cultural attitudes of overseas Chinese,and so forth.Pointing out the problems therein as well as the way out,it argues that,as overseas Chinese teaching and education is currently at a critical turning point,China as the cradle of Chinese language and culture should make its due efforts and contributions thereto.
