摘要
目的了解我院ADR发生的情况和危害,探讨ADR的防护。方法对我院2007年1月-2008年12月的103例ADR报告,按ADR因果关系判断标准进行分析、评价、统计。结果103例ADR报告中,涉及药品62种,引起ADR例次最多的为抗菌药物,共25种,其次为中药制剂,共16种。结论ADR的发生与多种因素有关,应减少和避免ADR的发生,保证药物治疗安全有效。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of adverse drug reactions（ADR）,and discuss the way of reducing ADR in clinical.Methods 103 ADR reports collected in our hospital from Jan 2007 to Dec 2008 were analyzed and evaluated by the standard of the ADR casualty relationship.Results The incidence of adverse reactions involved with 62 drugs,and the highest were antibacterial drugs（25 cases）,other ADR cases were causal to traditional Chinese medicines（16 cases）.Conclusion There are many factors that related to ADR,we should reduce and avoid the recurrence of ADR,ensure the effect and safety of drug use.
