摘要
目的通过检测进行期与静止期翼状胬肉组织中环氧化酶2(cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2)的表达,探讨COX-2与翼状胬肉发生、发展的相关性。方法将34例翼状胬肉和10例正常结膜标本,经固定包埋,制成切片染色,抗体为COX-2多克隆抗体,以胞浆和核膜呈棕黄色染色作为COX-2阳性染色的标准,所得结果用χ2检验。结果正常球结膜组织中很少有COX-2的阳性染色(2/10),而在翼状胬肉组织中可见较多COX-2的阳性染色(26/34)。统计分析发现COX-2在翼状胬肉组织中的表达明显高于正常球结膜组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),COX-2在进行期翼状胬肉中的表达(23/26)明显高于静止期(3/8),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论COX-2在翼状胬肉组织中的高表达可能是翼状胬肉发生、发展过程中诸多因素之一。
Objective To explore the relationship between cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and the occurance and development of pterygium by testing the expression of COX-2 in pteryguim in exhibition period and static period respectively. Methods Thirty-four pteryguim and 10 bulbar conjunctiva slices were dyed with immunohistochemical method. The slice was observed under photomicroscope with the positive results showing the cytoplast and karyotheca orange stained. The results were analyzed with X2 test. Results COX-2 positive dying specimens could hardly be found in the group of normal bulbar conjunctiva. The expression of COX-2 in pteryguim tissue (26/34) was significantly higher than that in normal bulbar conjunctiva (2/10, P 〈0.01 ). The expression of COX-2 in pteryguim tissue of the exhibition period (23/26) was significantly higher than that of the static period (3/8, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions High expression of COX-2 in pteryguim tissue may play a role in the occurrence and development of pteryguim tissue. ( Chin J Ophthalmol and Otorhinolaryngol, 2010.10 :92 -94 )
