摘要
为了验证灌注泵的增油效果,选择不同沉没度的4口油井,在抽汲参数等条件相同情况下,采用普通泵和灌注泵作对比试验。试验中采用从套管加药消泡的方法确定沉没度的真实值。试验表明,只有在沉没度和泵效低时,灌注泵的增油效果才明显;对于沉没度和泵效都较高的油井,灌注泵增油效果较小;当沉没度和泵效足够高时,灌注泵不增产,反而降低产量。对采用灌注泵后浪面升高和产量降低的原因作了分析,认为油管内液柱压力与泵沉没压力之差必须大于灌注泵的灌注压力,才有增产效果。
To verify the stimulation effect of a subsurface pump with energy compensating device, four wells with different submergence depths are selected to make contrast test by using conventional subsuffoce pump and pump with energy compensating device under the same conditions. The test shows that, only with low submelgence depth and low pump efficiency,the subsuffoce ptimp wid1 energy compensating device has obvious stimulation effect; the higher the submergence depthand pump efficiency, the less the increase of the peductivity. When the submergence depth and pump efficiency are highenough, there is no increase of productivity, but a reduction of production. The causes of rising of the working fluid leveland reduction of production are analyzed, and it is thought that the production of the well can be increased only when thedifference between the pressure of fluid column in the tubing string and the sub1nergence pressure of the pump is higherthan the compensating pressure.
