摘要
某型号国产引进型超临界600MW汽轮机,自投产以来高压调节汽门一直采用厂家原有的阀门管理方式运行,低负荷下高压缸效率下降较大,调门压损有进一步降低的潜力。对该汽轮机高压调节汽门进行了优化试验和经济性分析,结果表明,机组低负荷下的经济性有较大提高。
High-pressure control valve of a particular model type supercritical 600MW turbine has been used the original valve management system managed to run since the operation. The high-pressure cylinder efficiency decreased under low- load conditions, High-pressure control valve pressure loss have the possibility to be reduced. We had control valve optimization test and economic analysis on the turbine, the results show that the units under the low-load economic performance has greatly improved.
