摘要
传统多轴箱设计对工程师技能要求高且设计周期长,因此有必要进行融合多项关键技术的智能化快速设计方法的研究,包括:利用知识工程的原理和方法创建原型库、利用NX软件的参数化设计和交互建模技术对传动系统进行智能化设计、利用WAVE技术对轴类组件进行快速设计、通过设置柔性组件完成自适应装配、将系统功能重组实现自动质量检查与分析、利用相关性技术实现二维图纸快速生成、通过软件二次开发实现可视化人机交互界面的创建等,取得了良好的设计效果。
In traditional multi-spindle box design which needs skilled engineers and long cycle time, it is necessary to research an intelligent rapid design method. Overall process include several key points which are using the principles of knowledge engineering to create a prototype database, using the parametric design and interactive modeling techniques of NX to design the transmission system intelligently, using WAVE technology to rapid design the shaft component, using the associatively technology to rapid generate 2D drawing and using the secondary development of software to create the visualization human-computer interaction interface. It has achieved good results.
