摘要
针对飞行试验时需要对飞行数据进行实时遥测传输和记录的要求,设计了一种机载多路视频调节切换器,用来选择输出飞机座舱显示系统的视频信号。为了保证系统稳幅输出的特性,采用自动增益控制(AGC);同时,考虑到操作使用的方便性,切换通道可同时由单片机和拨轮控制。经视频、温度和振动测试验证,该调节切换器硬件电路工作稳定、可靠实用,满足飞行试验课题的使用要求。
In accordance with the requirements of real-time telemetry, transmission and record of flying test data, the vehicular multi-channels video adjusting switcher has been designed for selecting video signal from aircraft cabin display system. In order to ensure the characteristic of stable amplitude output, automatic gain control ( AGC ) is adopted, and in consideration of easy operation, single chip computer or the thumbwheel can control switching channel. Through the video, temperature and vibration tests, it is verified that the hardware of the switcher runs stably and reliably, the requirements of flying test project can be satisfied.
