摘要
目的:建立清咽利喉合剂中绿原酸含量测定的方法。方法:采用Kromasil-C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.4%磷酸水溶液(15∶85)为流动相,流速为0.8mL·min-1,检测波长为327nm。结果:绿原酸在5.0-100.0μg·mL-1浓度范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9993);平均加样回收率为99.79%,RSD%为1.69%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、快速准确,可用于清咽利喉合剂的质量控制。
Objective：To establish HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Qingyan Lihou Oral Liquid. Methods：The separation was performed on a Kmmasil C18 column with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.4%phos- phoric acid water, the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1, the detection wavelength was 327 nm. Resuhs：chlorogenic acid showed a linear relationship with peak area at the rang of 5.0-100.0μgomL-l （r=0.9993,n=7）,the average recovery was 99.79%,RSD%= 1.69%.Conclusion：The method is simple and rapid.h can be used for quality control in production of Qingyan Lihou Oral Liq- uid.
