摘要
以杏核为原料,以亚甲基蓝吸附值、碘吸附值为指标,研究活化温度、活化时间、固液比在高品质杏核壳活性炭制备的影响,通过响应面分析,确定最佳的制备工艺为:活化温度600℃,活化时间90 min,固液比为1∶3(g∶mL),氯化锌质量浓度为50 g/dL,微波功率为700W,微波辐射时间为7 min。
The aim of this study is to develop acticarbon preparation process from Corpus amygdaloideum.For this,with the adsorptivity of methylthionine chloride and the adsorptivity of iodine as indexes,response surface analysis was applied to acquire the optimum process parameters and listed as follows: activation temperature 600℃,activation time 90min,the rate of solid-liquid 1:3,the consistence of zinc chloride 50%,the power of microwave 700w,and the radiation time of microwave 7min.
