摘要
目的探讨髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、空腹血糖在糖尿病微血管病变而导致的糖尿病肾病机制中的作用以及其相关性的研究。方法分别选择30例糖尿病肾病(DN)和32例糖尿病初期未发生微血管病变的住院糖尿病病人(DM)为观察组,38例健康体检者为正常对照组,分别检测观察组及正常对照组的MPO及空腹血糖,然后进行分析。结果 DN组血清中MPO和空腹血糖水平均显著高于正常对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01),DN组MPO与DM组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01);DM组MPO与正常对照组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05),空腹血糖与正常对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01),DN组空腹血糖水平与MPO呈正相关(r=0.86,t=7.35,P<0.01)。结论 MPO在糖尿病微血管病变机制中起着十分重要的作用,且与空腹血糖呈正相关,检测MPO及空腹血糖浓度,对于糖尿病并发微血管病变的预防和治疗,减少微血管病变的发病率,提高DM患者的生活质量具有重要的意义。
Aim To investigate the correlation of variations of level of myeloperoxidase with fasting blood glucose (FBG)in diabetic nephropathy patients. Methods Thirty diabetic nephropathy(DN)inpatients and 32 diabetic inpatients without microangiopathy (DM)were chosen as the obsservation group,38 cases of healthy persons as normal control group. The levels of MPO and fasting blood glucose in both groups were determined and analyzed. Results The levels of MPO and fasting blood glucose in patients of DN group were markdedly higher than the control group,showing significant differences (P〈0.01),The level of MPO in patients of DN group was also significantly different compared with that of DM group (P〈0.01).The level of MPO in DM group was not significantly higher than that of the control group (P〉0.05)but the level of fasting blood glucose were significandy different copmared to the control group (P〈0.01). The level of fasting blood glucose was positively correlated with the MPO (r=0.86,t=7.35,P〈0.01). Conclusions MPO plays an important role in pathogenesis of of diabetic mieroangiopathy, and the level of MPO is positivelY correlated with that of fasting blood glucose, Detection of levels of MPO and fasting blood glucose of great significance in prevention and treatment of diabetes complicating with microvascular lesions and enahancement of their life quality.
