6-BA对山楂试管苗移栽成活率的影响 被引量:2

The Influence of Adding 6-BA on the Survival Rate of Transplanting Crateagus Pinnatifida Test-tube Plantlet

摘要 在山楂试管苗生根培养基中加入少量6-BA,研究其对山楂整体生长质量及移栽驯化的影响。结果表明:6-BA虽不利于生根,但可刺激形成有利于移栽的植株整体表型。使用配方IBA0.5 mg/L+6-BA0.04 mg/L+1/2MS或IAA0.5 mg/L+6-BA0.1 mg/L+1/2MS,可刺激山楂试管苗基部分化少量愈伤组织,栽后5 d可再生出一定量的不定根,茎干中上部长出少量分枝,分枝个数大于2.4,分枝长大于1.85 cm。选用这2种配方试管苗为材料,采用1次性入地移栽技术,成活率大于90%。栽活定植后,结合扦插,可提高种苗扩繁效率。 On the process of Crateagus pinnetifida test-tube plantlet, adding little cytokinin 6-BA into medium, while shape a reasonable plant phenotype to transplant totally. Apply the medium composed IBA 0. 5 mg/L+6-BA 0. 04 mg/ L+1/2MS or IAA 0.5 mg/L+6-BA 0. 1 mg/L+1/2MS, the cutting part of test-tube plantlet will differentiate a little callus, which will regenerate adventitious root five days later after transplanted;the middle-uper part of plantlets cultured into above two mediums grow out several branches, the number of branch was above 2. 4, the length of branch was above 1.85 cm. Taking these two series plantlet as transplanting materials, transplant plantlet into field onetime without domestication, the survival rate was above 90 %. If use the cutting technology ex vitro will improve the propagating efficiency after survive and pullulate onto the environment.
