摘要
介绍了电能表自动抄收系统的主要功能，指出实现该功能在电网改造中的重要性，提出了自动抄表系统的结构设想及其软硬件配置条件。
The functions of electric meter transcription system is presented in this paper, its impor tance in the urban network reconstruction is introduced. The scheme of the electric meter transcription system and its hardware and software configuration are given.
