摘要 基于碱性介质中雌二醇对N-溴代丁二酰亚胺-钙黄绿素化学发光体系的阻抑作用,建立了雌二醇的流动注射化学发光分析新方法,优化了其分析条件,并初步探讨了该化学发光反应的机理。该方法测定雌二醇的线性范围为0.02~0.1、0.1—8.0mg/L,检出限为0.0085mg/L。对0.1mg/L的雌二醇标准溶液进行11次平行测定,相对标准偏差为1.2%。将该法用于注射液中雌二醇的测定,结果满意。 A simple flow injection chemiluminescence(CL) method was developed for the determination of estradiol. The method was based on that the strong CL intensity of N-bromosuccinimide(NBS) and calcein could be inhibited by estradiol. Various factors affecting the CL emission intensity of the system were investigated, and the possible mechanism of the proposed method was further studied preliminarily. Under the optimal conditions, the decrease of CL emission intensity was linear with the concentration of estradiol over the ranges of 0. 02 - 0. 1 mg/L and 0. 1 - 8.0 mg/L. The detection limit(3σ) of estradiol was 0. 008 5 mg/L and the relative standard deviation( n = 11 ) of 0. 1 mg/L estradiol was 1.2%. The method was applied in the determination of estradiol in the injections with satisfactory results.
