Determination of Congo Red in Environment Water by Liquid Chromatography and Electrospray Mass Spectrometry

摘要 本文探讨了采用液相色谱-电喷雾质谱法检测环境水样中刚果红染料的方法。流动相为甲醇:水=70:30,色谱柱为ZorbaxXDB-C18(150×4.6 mmid,5μm),流速为0.6 ml·min-1。刚果红的准分子离子为m/z325,方法的检出限为0.1 mg·l-1,线性范围为0.4~100 mg·l-1,相关系数r为0.9915,相对标准偏差范围为8.5%~13.4%,样品的回收率为83.5%~106.4%。该法快速、灵敏度高、重现性好。 In this paper, we developed a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry for the determination of congo red in water. The mixtures were successfully isolated on a Zorbax C18 column (150×4.6mm id,5μm), using methanol-water (70:30, v/v) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.6 ml/min. It showed the parent ion of congo red was m/z 325. The limit of detection (LOD) was 0.1 mg·l^-1.The linear plots ranged from 0.4 to 100 mg·l^-1 and r was 0.9915. The relative standard deviations were 8.5%-13.4%,and the recoveries were between 83.5%-106.4 %. It was rapid, sensitive and good reproducible.
