摘要
通过调查农作物秸秆资源及综合利用现状,并进行全面科学评价,为制定农作物秸秆综合利用规划和项目评估提供了依据。
Through the investigation of crops straw stalk resources and its comprehensive utilization present situation, the comprehensive science appraisal was carried on, and it provided the basis for the formulation of comprehensive utilization plan and the project appraised of crops straw stalk.
