碳化硅颗粒在流化床对喷式气流磨中粉碎行为的研究 被引量:5

BREAKAGE BEHAVIOR OF SILICON CARBIDE PARTICLES IN A FLUIDIZED BED OPPOSED JET MILL

摘要 采用粒数衡算模型对碳化硅颗粒在一种流化床对喷式气流磨中的粉碎过程进行了分析。使用简单的1级Kapur函数法对模型进行近似求解,并求得选择函数与破碎函数。发现在不同粉碎条件(入口压力、进料量以及喷嘴出口到气流汇聚点的距离)下,获得的选择函数与破碎函数的差异较大,并通过这两个函数探讨了碳化硅颗粒气流破碎机理。另外,还应用优化分析软件得到多项式对Kapur函数进行拟合,得到了不同粉碎条件下产品粒度分布的较好模拟结果。 The grinding process of silicon carbide(SiC) particles in a fluidized bed opposed jet mill was analyzed by population balance modeling.The model could be solved by a simple first Kapur function to obtain the selection and breakage functions.It was found that these two functions were related to some operating parameters such as inlet pressure,feed rate and distance between the nozzle outlet and meeting point in the mill.The breakage mechanism for SiC particles in the mill could be discussed by these functions.A polynomial for the Kapur functions was proposed to effectively simulate the product size distributions under various conditions.
