摘要
为实现无煤柱开采,通过在上区段运输巷掘出后,在靠近下区段轨道巷的煤壁侧沿运输巷预置矸石充填带,待上工作面回采结束围岩稳定后,下区段轨道巷掘进时,紧沿预置的矸石充填带进行掘进,不再留设区段煤柱,用矸石充填带把上下2个区段之间应留设的煤柱置换出来,从而实现无煤柱开采。针对高庄煤矿3上507工作面地质条件,建立了预置矸石充填带沿空掘巷的围岩结构力学模型,对充填带的稳定性进行了非线性数值计算分析。根据矸石充填带稳定性的要求,确定现场充填带强度等级为C20,带宽为1 600 mm,高为4 000 mm,预留约1 100 mm厚顶煤,充填带与顶煤间留有100 mm间隙。工程实施效果验证了方案的合理性,取得了良好的经济与社会效益。
In order to have a pillarless mining, when the upper sectional transportation gateway excavated, a coal reject backfilled zone should be pre-set along the transportation gateway at the coal wall side of the down sectional rail gateway. When the coal mining operations of the upper coal mining face completed and the surrounding rock stabilized, during the down section rail gateway driving, the dri- ving operation should be closed to the pre-set coal rejects backfilled zone for the gateway with no coal pillars left. The coal rejects backfilled zone should be applied to replace the coal pillars between the two sections and thus the pillarless mining could be conducted. According to the geological conditions of the 3up507 coal mining face in Gaozhuang Mine, a surrounding rock structure mechanics model of the goaf-side gateway driving with pre-set coal rejects backfilled zone was established. A nonlinear numerical calculation analysis was conducted for the stability of the pre-set coal rejects backfilled zone. According to the requirements of the coal rejects backfilled zone stability, the strength grade of the site backfilled zone was set as C20, the width of the backfilled zone was 1 600 mm, the height of the backfilled zone was 4 000 ram, the thickness of the top coal left was about 1 100 mm and the clearance between the backfilled zone and the top coal was 100 mm. the project implemented results showed the rationality of the plan and obtained excellent economic and social benefits.
