摘要
高等学校的综合发展与特色办学并不矛盾,而是相辅相成的。高等学校办学综合化是高等教育发展规律和高等学校办学规律的本质要求。办学特色在人才培养方面主要体现为不同高校的同一专业设置要分清层次和类型,办出特色和水平。不能因为推进办学特色而否定综合化的趋势,更不能认为是综合化导致了办学特色的迷失。办学特色是在学校发展与竞争中形成的,其关键在于尊重高等教育规律,尊重人才培养和科学技术发展的趋势,真正立足于教育规律凝练学校的办学特色。
The integrative development of colleges and universities is not contradictory with the characteristics of college-running, but complementary to each other. Integration of college-running is the essential requirement of laws of higher educational development and college-running. Characteristics of college-running is mainly reflected in differentiated levels, types, standards and features of the same specialty setup in talents training of different colleges and universities. The trend of integration of college-running can not be denied when we promote the characteristics of college-running, furthermore, we can＇ t take it as granted that it is the integrative development of college-running that has led to the lost of characteristics of college-running. The characteristics of college-running are formed in the development and competition of colleges, whose key lies in respecting to the laws of higher education, respecting to the trends of talents training and the development of science and technology, so as to build the characteristics of college according to the laws of education.
