摘要
选用复配Ⅰ型乳化剂作为石蜡的乳化剂,考察乳化剂用量、乳化温度、乳化时间、搅拌速度等因素对蜡乳液性能的影响。通过实验确定了制备非离子型蜡乳液的最佳工艺条件:复配Ⅰ型乳化剂用量为蜡乳液用量的10%,乳化温度为85℃,乳化时间为45min,搅拌速度为1000r/min。在此条件下,可制备得到稳定的平均粒径为0.381um,分散度为0.373的石蜡乳液。
The emulsifier compound I was used as wax emulsifier,the factors on the stability of emulsion such asthe quantity of emulsifying,emulsifying temperature,emulsifying time,stirring speed were studied,The optimum emulsifying conditions of preparing nonionic wax emulsion were determined by experiment：the quantity of emulsifier is 10%by wax emulsion,emulsifying temperature is 85℃,emulsifying time is 45 min,Stirring speed is 1000r/min,under these conditions, the stable wax emulsion with average droplet size 0.381um and dispersion 0.373 can be prepared.
