摘要
为了评价建筑企业信息化应用的效果,基于建筑企业的核心竞争力要素构建了建筑企业信息化对企业核心竞争力贡献的评价指标体系,并运用了多层次灰色综合评价法进行了定量评价。在评价过程中,采用了AHP法和粗糙集法相结合的组合赋权法。文章通过一个示例来验证了评价方法的有效性。
In order to evaluate the effect of construction enterprises informatization , an evaluation index system for measuring the contribution of construction enterprises informatization to the core competitiveness of enterprises was established based on the core elements of competitiveness. The multi-level gray comprehensive evaluation method was used for the quantitative evaluation. The combination weights of Analytic Hierarchy Process method and Rough Set method was adopted during the evaluation process. Finally, the paper verified the effectiveness of the evaluation method through an example.
