摘要
知识经济时代,知识资本作为关键的生产要素投入,对它的管理也越来越受到重视。通过阐述知识管理的基本概念,结合建筑企业的特点,分析建筑企业知识管理水平的评价因素,提出应从信息系统和管理系统两个方面共同作用,提高建筑企业的知识管理建设。
In the era of the knowledge economy, knowledge capital is a key factor of the production element.inputs, and its management has also been paid more and more attention. The basic concepts of Knowledge Management （KM） was introduced. The evaluation factors of management level of KM for construction enterprises were analyzed combining the enterprises＇ characteristics. This paper proposed that information systems and management systems should be improved for enhancing the performance of KM for construction enterprises.
