摘要
目的探讨护理不良事件的管理方法，改进护理工作中的制度、系统及流程缺陷，保证护理安全。方法通过护理不良事件鼓励上报制度、护理不良事件呈报表、护理不良事件分析讨论制度、护理不良事件考核制度的制定，建立护理不良事件自动上报体系。结果建立护理不良事件管理体系后护理不良事件的上报数及上报率高于建立前，护理不良事件的发生明显减少。结论建立护理不良事件管理体系能使管理者及时发现潜在的缺陷并制定改善措施，前瞻性预防护理不良事件的发生。
Objective To explore the management measurements of nursing of adverse events and to improve the nursing regulation systems and the process deficiencies so as to reduce the occurrence of the adverse nursing events and guarantee the nursing safety. Methods Through the nursing of adverse events, we encouraged the establishment of the report system and the submittion form, the analysis and discussion system of adverse nursing events and established a check system and automatic report system of adverse nursing events. Results After the establishment of management system of adverse nursing events, the report number and rate of adverse nursing events was higher than before, yet the occurrence of adverse nursing events was significantly reduced. Conclusions To establish a system of management of adverse nursing events can help the managers discover the potential deficiencies, find out the better methods in time, and try to avoid the occurrence of adverse nursing events in advance.
