摘要
抗菌水泥产品的日益丰富急需相应的方法来检测其抗菌性能。通过微生物细菌与抗菌水泥的共培养,采用平板计数法计算活菌数,定量鉴定抗菌水泥的抗菌性能。与普通水泥相比,抗菌水泥的活菌数明显要少。说明通过此方法可以快速检测抗菌水泥的抗菌性能,对抗菌材料抗菌性能检测方法的建立具有重要的参考意义。
The increasingly rich antibacterial cement needed to study the appropriate detection methods of its antibacterial properties. By co-culture with micro-bacteria and antibacterial cement, using the plate counting method to quantitatively identify antibacterial cement＇s antibacterial properties. Compared with general cement, the number of antibacterial cement＇s cells is significantly less. This method can quickly identify antibacterial properties of anti- bacterial cement, and play an important role on the establish of the antibacterial material performance test methods.
