摘要
采用电火花加工方法在合理的参数下能在高硬度材料上完成小径深孔的加工,但也存在加工缺陷;切削加工实现高硬度材料的小径深孔加工则面临着对加工设备和刀具的特殊要求。通过两种加工方法的比较,切削加工在加工品质和效率方面优于电火花加工。
This paper uses EDM method to drill a small deep-hole on high hardness material under the reasonable parameters,but drilling defects exist equipments and uses the cutting method to do the same work,which is better than EDM method in quality and efficiency,but the cutting equipment and tools must have special requirements.
