摘要
目的了解外科医务人员对糖尿病知识知晓状况,并分析相关因素,为外科医务人员知识培训提供依据。方法于2009年10—12月对广州市4所三级甲等医院的513名外科医务人员进行问卷调查,内容包括糖尿病基础知识和围术期知识,并对影响外科医务人员糖尿病知识的因素进行分析。结果外科医务人员糖尿病知识知晓状况偏低;糖尿病基础知识比围术期知识掌握程度高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同工作年限医务人员之间糖尿病知识知晓状况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);医生和护士之间对糖尿病知识知晓状况除饮食项目外差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论外科医务人员糖尿病知识知晓状况偏低,尤其是围术期相关知识较为缺乏,应加强对外科医务人员糖尿病知识培训,保障糖尿病患者围术期安全。
Objective To understand the status of surgical medical staff＇s knowledge about diabetes mellitus and analyze the relevant factors,for providing a basis of knowledge training for the surgical medical staff.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 513 surgical medical staff from 4 Class Ⅲ Grade Ⅰ hospitals in Guangzhou from October to December 2009,covering the basic and the perioperative period knowledge about diabetes,and an analysis was also performed for relevant factors influencing their knowledge about diabetes mellitus.Results The status of surgical medical staff＇s knowledge about diabetes mellitus was relatively on the low end,the mastery of the basic knowledge was better than that related with the perioperative period （P0.01）.There was no significant difference in the DM knowledge between the staff members with different lengths of work time （P0.05）,while there were between doctors and nurses except in the dimension of dieting （P0.01 or P0.05）.Conclusion The surgical medical staff＇s knowledge about diabetes mellitus is relatively low.Therefore,the knowledge training about diabetes should be strengthened to protect the perioperative period safety of patients with diabetes.
