山西省医疗系统科技工作者疲劳症状及其影响因素的分析 被引量:4

Survey on Fatigue Symptom and Related Factors for Science and Technology Workers of Health Care System in Shanxi Province

摘要 目的调查山西省医疗系统科技工作者疲劳症状严重程度,分析其影响因素及其与述情障碍、应对方式及社会支持之间的相关性。方法采用自制的一般情况调查表、疲劳量表-14(FS-14)、多伦多述情障碍量表(TAC)、特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)及社会支持评定量表(SSRS)收集相关信息。随机调查山西省医疗系统科技工作者550例,获得有效试卷518份,合格回收率94.2%。结果1山西省医疗系统科技工作者躯体疲劳、脑力疲劳及疲劳总分与王天芳等报道的健康对照组及CFS组比较均数差异均有显著性,P<0.001;2躯体疲劳、脑力疲劳及疲劳总分与述情障碍因子1、因子2、因子3及述情总分均呈正相关,除脑力疲劳与因子3外,其余P<0.001;躯体疲劳、脑力疲劳及疲劳总分与消极应对方式呈负相关(P<0.001);三者与积极应对方式呈正相关(P<0.001~0.01);除脑力疲劳与客观支持无明显相关外,余疲劳症状各因子分及总分与社会支持各因子分及总分均呈明显负相关(P<0.001~0.01);3预测躯体疲劳的因素有述情总分、工作强度及支持总分(P<0.001~0.01);预测脑力疲劳的因素有述情总分、行政职务、积极应对及是否了解健康方面的知识,除是否了解健康方面的知识外,余P<0.05;预测疲劳总分的影响因素有述情总分、支持总分及工作强度(P<0.01)。结论影响山西省医疗系统科技工作者疲劳症状的因素是多方面的,本研究结果显示以述情障碍、工作强度、社会支持、应对方式、行政职务等为主要因素。 Objective To survey fatigue symptom severity of science and technology workers of health care system in Shanxi Province and to analyze its impact factor and the correlation among fatigue symptom severity and alexithymia,coping style and social support.Methods Using the general situation with self-made questionnaire,Fatigue Scale-14(FS-14);Toronto Alexithymia Scale(TAC),Trait Coping Style Questionnaire(TCSQ)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)to collect relevant information.A total of 550 science and technology workers were recruited and the test of 518 were valid.Results ①Compared with healthy control group and the CFS group reported by Wang Tian-fang and others,physical fatigue,mental fatigue and fatigue total scores of science and technology workers of health care system in Shanxi Province were significant(P0.001).②Physical fatigue,mental fatigue and fatigue total scores and factor 1,factor 2,factor 3,and TAC scores were positively correlated,in addition to mental fatigue and factor 3,(P0.001);Body fatigue,mental fatigue and fatigue total scores positively correlated with active coping style,whereas they negatively correlated with negative coping styles.In addition,the fatigue symptoms negatively correlated with social support(P0.001~0.01).③Body fatigue factors was predicted by TAC score,the work of strength and SSRS score(P0.001~0.01);mental fatigue was predicted by TAC score,administrative duties,respond to actively and whether the knowledge about health was acknowledged;fatigue total score was predicted by TAC score,SSRS score and work intensity.Conclusion The impact factors of science and technology workers of the health care system in Shanxi Province are complex.The results of this study showed that alexithymia,work intensity,social support,coping style,and other administrative functions as the main factor could be considered significantly.
