摘要
通过对职商定义的介绍,对医院人力资源管理中的职商运用进行了阐述,指出职商在医院护理人力资源中的应用,须加强医院护理人力资源配置的研究和提高护理人力资源职业素养的实践,如此利于医院人力资源质量管理、有助学科团队精神的凝聚、促进员工个人的职场进取。
To intruduce career quotient. Career quotient was applied in nursing human resources management. To describe the application of career quotient in nursing hunman resourses, strengthen the human resources allocation and practices of professionalism of nursing human resources should be developed. Thus, quality management of human resourses was improved, team cohension was increased, personal motivation was promoted.
