摘要
目的探讨不同健康教育模式对冠心病患者的影响。方法将心血管内科收住的89例冠心病患者,分为实验组、对照组,对两组冠心病患者分别采用传统的健康教育和运用护理程序健康教育,观察两组患者冠心病相关知识、自我保健知识的掌握和患者对护理工作的满意度。结果采用护理程序健康教育组患者的冠心病相关知识和自我保健知识掌握程度(P〈0.01),以及患者对护理工作的满意度(P〈0.05)明显优于传统的健康教育组,有显著差异性,具有统计学意义。结论采用护理程序健康教育能更好的提高患者的健康知识水平,纠正患者不良的健康行为,预防疾病的复发,提高患者生活质量,促进康复。
Objective To discuss the effect of different health education mode on the patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 89 cases of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the treatment group which was given health education of nursing procedure and the control group which was given traditional health education. The knowledge about coronary heart disease, self healthy care knowledge and the satisfaction degree on the nursing work were observed. Results The knowledge about coronary heart disease, self healthy care knowledge ( P 〈 0.01 ) and the satisfaction degree on the nursing work ( P 〈 0.05 ) in the treatment group were better than those of the control group. Conclusions Applying health education of nursing procedure can promote the patients'health knowledge level, correct the patients'health- risk behaviors, prevent recurrence of diseases, enhance daily life quality and promote rehabilitation.
