摘要
采用不同浓度(0、30、60、90、120、150mmol/L)的NaCl溶液对银晶软玉水稻进行盐胁迫处理,结果表明,水稻在NaCl浓度为30mmol/L时生长状况良好,但随着NaCl浓度的增加水稻的生长速度减慢。在一定范围内,POD和SOD的活性与胁迫强度成正相关,游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖的含量也随着NaCl浓度的增加而增加,而CAT活性却没有显示出一定的规律。
Use six NaCl solution with different concentrations (0, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150 mmol/L) performing salt treatment. The results showed that rice had a good growth status under the 30 mmol/L concentration and the growth rate slowed down with the increasing salt concentration. There was a positive correlation between the activity of POD, SOD and stress strength in a certain range, the content of free proline and soluble glucose increased with the increase of salt concentration, while the activity of CAT did not show a regular pattern.
