摘要
利用自制玉米收获机横向输送试验台,通过因素试验,分析了下拨齿长度、下拨齿角度对玉米茎秆输送率的影响规律。通过正交试验,得出了上拨齿长度、上拨齿角度和横向输送带带速的较优参数组合,及其对指标影响的显著性,从而为玉米收获机横向输送装置的优化设计提供了依据。同时,进行了参数的适应性试验,验证了最优参数组合的适应性。
Aim at the questions of transverse transporting device of new corn combine harvester and based on the indoor experimentation,conducted through the single factor experiment of the length of under poking tooth and the angle of under poking tooth,the influence orderliness was obtained with the corn transporting rate.An orthogonal test of three factors was carried out to find the optimized parameters suitable for the properties target.The continuity experiment of the corn transporting was made to verify suitability of the optimized parameters.
