摘要
高校"三困生"是大学生中的弱势群体,有其自身鲜明特点。根据对"三困生"形成发展的内、外因素分析,笔者认为,心理困难是大学生由"单困"到"三困"的重要原因,也是新时期"三困生"思想政治教育的重点和难点。高校要做好"三困生"思想政治教育,应该以加强大学生心理健康教育为重点,同时加强对贫困学生的经济资助与大学生养成教育,并充分发挥"社会—高校—家庭"的宏观体系的育人功能,促进"三困生"全面发展。
Students with economical, study or psychological problems that we call ＂ESP students＂ nowadays are compositing a special community among the university students, According to the types and the origins of those ESP students, the author considers that the psychological problem is an important reason that makes a simple problem complex, which also becomes the key and difficult points to universities＇ ideological and political education. In order to complete college ESP Students＇ ideological and political education, universities should take students＇ psychologically healthy education as the key point, strengthen the university student economy subsidization and custom education, and full display the educational function of ＂social-university-family＂ macroscopic system, which can promote ESP students＇ full scale development.
