摘要
当前,巴彦淖尔市继续教育发展迅速,但在新形势下如何做好农业科技人员继续教育出现了一些新情况、新问题。文章通过对继续教育问题的分析、探讨,提出深化农业科技人员继续教育改革,推进巴彦淖尔市农业可持续发展。
At present,the rapid development of Bayannao＇er continuing education,but how to do a good job in the new situation continuing education of agricultural scientists and technicians there are some new situations and new problems,this paper analysis of the problems of continuing education,to explore the proposed deepening of agricultural science and technology staff to continue to education reform,promoting sustainable agricultural development Bayannao＇er ideas,ways and means.
