膨润土/丙烯酸聚合物保水保肥材料制备及性能 被引量:7

摘要 采用溶液聚合法制备保水保肥剂,并对其保水保肥性能进行研究。结果表明,制备保水保肥剂的最佳条件为交联剂、膨润土、引发剂用量分别占单体质量的0.05%、15%、0.45%,反应温度为75℃,中和度为90%;其吸蒸馏水倍率为796g/g;保水剂在室温下24h的水分蒸发率<9%,60℃的水浴锅中10h为99.72%;在4000r/min下离心10min保水率为57.4%。对浓度为10.0g/L的尿素溶液的吸附倍率为500g/g,由0.1g保水剂饱和吸附了浓度为20%的尿素溶液后制备的溶胶肥,用50ml蒸馏水动态淋滤后尿素残留为31.78%。 Moisture and fertilizer retaining agent was prepared by solution polymerization method,and the properties of retaining moisture and fertility were studied.The research results show the optimum preparation conditions are as follows:the amount of cross-linking agent,bentonite and initiator accounting of the monomer mass is 0.05%,15%,0.45%,respectively.The reaction temperature is 75℃;the neutralization degree is 90%.Moisture and fertilizer retaining agent absorbing distilled water rate is 796g/g,water evaporation quantity is less than 9% at room temperature in 24h,and water evaporation quantity is 99.72% in 60℃ water bath in 10h.The water-retention rate is 57.4% at the centrifugation speed of 4000r/min in 10min;the adsorption rate is 500g/g to urea solution which concentration is 10.0g/L.To 0.1g water-retaining agent which adsorbed urea solution which concentration is 20%,the residual urea is 31.78% after wash with 50ml distilled water in dynamic leaching.
